What a great restaurant! We come here often and it's so consistent. Grace, who runs the front of the house is full of energy and so kind to everyone. She's always willing to go above and beyond to create a great experience for the guests. Our server today was Michael. He took excellent care of us, checking in multiple times during our visit to make sure that we were satisfied. We highly recommend Duckworth's in Huntersville and will keep coming back!
Great food. I was surprised with how good our orders. We didn't expect that the salmon dish and the fish tacos to be that good. Salmon dish had a good sauce to it served on top of sides that complimented it. Perfect for someone who is looking for something light and healthy. And man, the fish tacos were really good. Had low expectations about it but they were exceptional. The only item that we thought could be better was the fish in the fish and chips.
Went to visit family and we went here for the first time. The waitress was excellent and food was great! We never had to ask for drink refills because our server was very observant without hovering. It's hard to find good service with good food at a decent price nowadays and we were very happy we found this restaurant. When we are back in the area, we will definitely be going back. I had the shrimp flat bread and it was delicious. Only thing we did not like is that one of us ordered the fish tacos that are served with tortillas chips and you could not swap the chips for a different side. The hamburger and fries were good. Fries tasted homemade and that is a plus! Overall excellent. Only other negative is the restroom could have been cleaner and maybe some updates needed but we will be back.
Initially I called and Grace answered the phone with such pleasure and kindness - as there is a closer location to me than this one, she was the defining factor for us to have lunch at this location. Once we arrived, she didn’t know it was our party who she spoke to over the phone but treated us with the same care and exceptional hospitality! Our waitress Emily was also very pleasant and helpful always asking if we needed something to accommodate for us. Management if you’re reading this - please give them both a raise!!!
Cool spot to grab a bite and a brew. Large list of menu items to select from. The burger I had was probably one of the best burgers I’ve ever had. There was a huge selection of craft beers to choose from too. I love craft beer and it was nice to have something different from than what is accessible in my area. Thank you for the positive dinning experience
Great for lunch. Over 100 beers on tap. Talk to Gracie the hostess - very friendly. Bartender Jake is very accommodating.
We tried the spicy meat sandwich and fully topped nachos, and each dish tasted great. The nachos came full of flavor with crisp texture, while the sandwich had a nice kick and was cooked just right. Easy five star choice.
Today was awesome. "Elle" is one of the best, knowledgeable servers we've had. Her customer service is stellar....great sense of humor. We never had to wait long for anything. The food was a great. We had a chance to meet one of the managers, Jade. She was extremely nice while checking to make sure we were having a pleasant experience. We will definitely be back!
Wow! What a fun, tasty, and this is how it should always be experience we had at Duckworth’s. Mike was our server and he set a standard that I don’t believe will ever be eclipsed. He is in a word, exceptional! He patiently described every aspect of each selection and fulfilled the promise of a mouth watering meal! In fact, we plan to ask for Mike by name the next time we visit.
